We want to ensure that you have a great experience when you purchase a Bow Creek puppy.  It is our goal and intent that every Bow Creek puppy find a family who will love and raise them to be happy and healthy. 

 

RESERVE YOUR PUPPY

The first step is filling out the puppy application.  Please tell us a little about yourself and whether or not you are interested in a Bernedoodle puppy, Brittany Spoodle puppy, Springer Doodle puppy, or the first available puppy.  We will contact you via call or text within 48 hours of receiving the application. The next step is to place a deposit of $400.  The deposit will hold your place on the waitlist & hold your puppy until it can go home.  The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, but it is transferable which means you can transfer it to a different litter. Simply contact Bow Creek Kennels if a need for such change arises.  We are happy to work with you on a transfer of deposit.  Please note ... a deposit must be placed in order to hold your puppy or place you on the waiting list.  

 

We understand that life happens and sometimes things don't go according to plan.  If you are unable or simply choose to not select a puppy, we will move your name/deposit to our reserve deposit list after one year.  It does not mean you lose your spot in line, just that we will wait to hear from you and that you are now ready for a puppy.  We do require that an additional $400 deposit be placed to move your name from the reserve list to the active deposit list.  No worries because this deposit as well as the initial deposit will go toward the cost of the puppy.  This is simply for us to know how many families on our list are ready and waiting for a puppy! 

   

SELECTION PROCESS

When your litter is three weeks old, we will contact you via email.  Over the next couple of weeks, it is important that you prepare for your new puppy.  Our Facebook, Instagram, and website will have information, pictures, and videos of the current litters.   The selection process will begin when the puppies are 5-6 weeks old.  This is a very exciting time during the Purchase a Puppy process! Bow Creek Kennels will notify you when it is your turn to select a puppy via text/call and work very closely with you during the selection process answering any questions or concerns you may have.  We want to ensure your family has a good experience and is matched with a puppy that is the perfect fit for you.  

 

PICK-UP  & DELIVERY

If you are picking your puppy up from BCK, he or she will be ready at 8 weeks of age. We encourage families to visit our facilities and pick up their puppy in person.  Prior to picking-up your puppy our health guarantee and puppy contract will need to be signed and full payment received. A boarding fee of $50/day (as of July 1st 2021) will be applied if puppy is not picked up one week from the date that they are 8 weeks of age.  If you are having your puppy shipped to you, please make arrangements with Bow Creek Kennels.  Ground delivery is available and costs vary from state to state.

Your puppy will come to you current on all vaccinations and de-worming .  Also, the vaccination records will be provided for you.  If travel is necessary we will provide the required health certificate from our veterinarian. In addition, we will send home a sample of our current puppy food, Nutri-Source puppy food, to help with the transition. We highly recommend Nurti-Source dry puppy food for all sizes, small, medium, and large!
